It is an untimed, session-based code: you bill one unit per session regardless of length. A 30-minute and a 60-minute individual session are both one unit of 92507 (payer rules vary on expected duration).

- For private-pay pediatric practices, 92507 appears on almost every superbill line for routine treatment visits.
- Because it is untimed, list your session fee per visit rather than per 15-minute unit.
- If treatment addresses swallowing/feeding, use 92526 instead; group sessions use 92508.
